If you are looking for something fun to do, get your family out the house this weekend and be sure to stop by Berks County Youth Recreation Facility for Go Fly a Kite Day on Saturday, April 29th (rain date April 30th)! In collaboration with Reading YMCA's Healthy Kids Day, they have a whole afternoon of FREE activities planned from 12- 5pm, including:

- Law Enforcement Car Competition

- Health and Wellness Screenings

- Farm to Fork (plant/grow your own veggies) plus Healthy Food Prep and Tasting
- Hawk Mountain Sanctuary demonstration
- Kite Making and Contests
- Demos by Professional Kiters
- Hot Air Balloon Demos
- Food Available or bring your own lunch
There will also be a kite judging contest!
